CLT PANELS
CLT - cross laminated timber. This is a heavy-duty structural material with a service life of more than 120 years. CLT panels do not shrink and have excellent soundproofing properties. CLT is the only wooden material from which it is allowed to build multi-storey buildings with a height of 28 m.

ASSEMBLING A CLT HOUSE
Houses from CLT are assembled on the land plot by a crane in 3 - 4 days. A team of 3 - 4 workers is needed with minimal experience with hand tools and no experience in assembling similar houses.
